Digital items are delivered instantly and are available for download via the purchase confirmation page. You should also receive an email with a copy of your download links for reference. Note that depending on the size of your order, it is sometimes necessary to refresh the download page. If you have any problems accessing your files, please contact us.

About shipping & delivery

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

For domestic orders, we offer both standard (5-8 business days; $15) and expedited (3-4 business days; $25) shipping via USPS.

For international orders, we offer standard (6-18 business days; $40), expedited (6-12 business days; $60) and express (1-5 business days; $80) shipping.
